The stylish Solto Hotel is an exciting new addition to our programme for 2010.

This friendly boutique hotel is set right on the beachfront in Alaçati with beautiful views over the sandy beach to the clear Aegean waters. Its large swimming pool is surrounded by sun terraces, offering plenty of space to soak up the sun. The range of facilities here includes an indoor heated swimming pool, as well as a sauna and Turkish Bath.

The hotel smacks of sumptuous elegance, decorated and furnished throughout in impeccable style. Accents of pink and purple contrast with wood or marble floors, eye-catching chandeliers provide a focal point, and in low season the dramatic fireplace really comes into its own. Rooms benefit from the same luxurious touches, offering a high standard of accommodation, which is sure to prove popular with couples and families alike.

The ethos of the Solto Hotel is to provide its guests with the very best of everything which is available locally. The 800 year old olive tree tree which stands outside the hotel can perhaps be seen as symbolic of this charming ideology. Breakfast is a case in point, with freshly-baked bread and homemade jam, made from locally-grown fruit, Aegean olives and tulum cheese, from nearby Izmir. Foodies will be well satisfied during their stay, whether they choose to eat from the snack bar serving pizzas and sandwiches, partake of afternoon tea, which can include Turkish treats such as simit, bread covered in sesame seeds, or have a romantic dinner at L’Olivo restaurant, where a mouth-watering selection of Aegean and Mediterranean cuisine is served.
