Rating our hotels
The star rating shown on our website is our own rating based on our set criteria and should not be compared with a standard local star rating. For our overall rating, we concentrate on factors which we believe are important to our holidaymakers such as friendly and efficient service, unique character, surroundings, location, level of comfort, furnishings and the facilities offered in the hotel.We have based our rating for service on reports from previous clients as to how friendly and helpful they have found the staff and accommodation.
We also try to describe the accommodation and facilities as accurately as possible in the text. If there is any aspect about which you require more information, please ask our friendly reservations team who are all familiar with the accommodation which we feature on our website.
